Eventilla: Update: Sold tickets count has been updated

The confirmed tickets count on Events page has been updated. Before, the “sold tickets” count listed fixed registration statuses (confirmed, paid, etc.). Now, it is possible to define which registration statuses are counted to the number.

As default, the sold tickets listing now shows the number of paid, confirmed, invoiced and added tickets, as well as the number of those who have paid the invoice. However, this does not include those tickets that will be invoiced.

If you’d like to change this and include all ticket statuses, we kindly ask you to contact Eventilla’s support support@eventilla.com and we will make the change. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager or Eventilla support. Thank you!
