Eventilla: Update: Following the participation data with a link

Eventilla’s new update brought a feature that allows following the attendee check-ins even without the webinar integration.

Check-in data is tracked via participation link in the confirmation message. The link click is counted as a check-in and the data is registered in Eventilla, if the attendee clicked the link max. 1h before or 1h after the event start time. Read more

This function is set on by request, so please contact support@eventilla.com, if your organization needs this.

Please note that if your organization uses a webinar integration, you won’t need to track links in order to see check-in data. With webinar integration, the check-in data is fetched from the webinar software on the Check-in tab.
